How much is the rent on the lot?

The rent for the season is about$1500 for the season which includes  sewage  water and electric with lenty of roon for your boat  and vhicle. State park launch and beach  about 1 mile from trailer

Went to look at this trailer and found it to be in very good shape. Wanted to purchase for a business but was out voted. The camp ground  is a very nice place as well and having spoken to owners they are indeed fine people. It is well worth a look. You will not be disappointed for your efforts.
