My old smoker is available if anyone is interested.  I have taken the pellet feeder out but all you need is to throw a turkey fryer burner in it.  Can probably come up with some racks for you.  

 

Also have my old Eureka ice fishing tent available.  Has a flap in the floor for your holes.  Probably about 40 years old but is complete and works.  

 

Pick up near Tully.
