New trailer and advice needed

Well the time has come to replace the current trailer and I’m looking for recommendations from people with first hand experience buying a new trailer. As for the trailer I need a dual axle bunk style for my deep V aluminum boat. I’m in Rochester NY but willing to drive a reasonable distance. 
 

Has anyone worked with a dealer that walks you through the process. I mean more then what is the GVWR what will it weigh loaded with gas batteries, gear, etc. Do dealerships help to identify the boats specs like transom to front eye to determine if the winch post can be adjusted to fit or do I need to bring that information?

What about bunk alignment? My current trailer the bunk widths can be adjusted for the bow and aft pairs. Is this something I should expect they do or is this on me? 

I’ve never bought a trailer alone always a package with the boat.
