Hey guys I have an older set of Scotty riggers with the single post plugs. I installed new sockets last year and they are already acting up. Do you guys like the the dual prong better ? Thinking about switching over to them. Also they are interchangeable rite?

I can speak on the older style since I have newer (2020) Scotty riggers. I love the 2 prog twist and lock plugs. I would think if you have any questions Scotty would be able to help.

good luck

The twist lock is the ones I am thinking of going to. The ones I have now are the single post style.  Thanks for the reply

I like the older style because they are a smaller profile and lay flat to the mounting surface. You don't have large plugs sticking out of the mounting surface. That said they don't hold up to the weather very good and need regular maintenance. If I had the room I would go with the newer style twist locks as long as they won't be in the way.

Thanks spoon fed I was thinking along the same lines. I am limited on space. But have only had riggers on for 1 year and now I have wiggle plug to lift ball all the time.
