Musky in Lake Alice

Last year I saw a photo of a 28 lb musky supposedly caught in Lake Alice. Now Im racking my brain trying to figure out how it got there. The only thing I can figure is if Lake Alice connects with the Barge canal somehow, maybe in got it from Lake Erie.??

Anybody else ever hear of any skis coming out of Lake Alice? or Oak Orchard (lower)?

I had heard the same thing. Since the canal is filled with water from the niagara I guess it might be possible for it to have gotten into Oak Orchard from the canal in Medina, and then into glenwood lake and then further down Oak Orchard which drains into Lake Alice. I wish they would stock some tigers in lake Alice. There sure are a lot of panfish there to feed them. Only ever heard of a smaller one caught below the dam downstream to Lake Ontario.

I heard about 10-12 years ago they stocked tigers below the dam in the lower but Im not totally sure about that. How does the canal connect with oak orchard in Medina with a small dam or something?
