crimping sleeves

For wire rods, what is the desired size/brand for crimping sleeves? 

I am using 7 strand, 30 lb Torpedo wire.

Try the wire knot

No crimps.  Use the wire knot.

It sounds crazy but a single overhand knot is all you need I think it's torpedo that has some videos on wire knots but with strands crimps or knots with extra loops can cause the pressure to be uneven. Across strands so they fail one at a time I used the wire knot for years without issue but tried the single overhand because it's easier and it has worked out
