Oregon Bull Trout

Spent a few days up in Oregon with 2 friends , Flip landed a 10.8 lb Bull Trout off the planer boards in 5' of water

Stan nice job but that thing looks a little to much like a lake trout for my liking

They are confused with Lake trout by a lot of anglers who can't tell them apart, But it is a Bull Trout which is protected by Oregon Fish and Game. 1st look at the tail of the fish.

Bull trout? hmmmm, we got bullheads and they are sorta the color of your trout. brown bullheads. Do they sting?

This thread remind me about the days when me and my friends had great pick up with the bulls. stan nice pick up , the bull seems quite fleshy. It seems that you had great fun while fishing bull.
