Hi.

I have a 2000 Lund Tyee 1950.

The wood inside the transom is getting pretty rotten and needs to be replaced.

The transom consists of an aluminum inner and outer skin with wood sandwiched between.

I believe it is open on the bottom, not sealed.

I've spoken with one gent who told me he could do it, but I'd like a second opinion.

Does anybody know of a shop/individual who would be able to rebuild my transom?
I'd prefer composite, but I'm open to suggestions.

Thanks!!!
