In for the evening sit. Rain for the most part has passed. Deer should be moving.

Didn’t see a deer tonight but it’s one of those spots, feast or famine.
Probably hit Somerville in the morning.
would rather fish a trib but waters a little low.

Bummer. Seemed nice outside and I like after the rain stops.

last night was slow too. Only bumped a spike walking in, then nothing. Drive home and they were all over the road.

Quick sit this morning before work. Had a Tom hammering on the limb as the sun came up which was pretty cool. Ended up seeing 3 raccoons, 5 turkeys(3 Tom’s), and a doe that worked through just inside of 50 yards. Can’t  complain. Beautiful morning to be out.

Piebald fawn and its' twin:

My neighbor who lives where we park to access our property was down the street looking at those deer this morning. Interesting twins. The other one has a large white throat patch. I suspect that we know their mother well lol.

OMG, I have been targeting that same piebald fawn. I love vanilla tasting deer. Let’s compare notes. Where are you seeing that deer?  Thanks in advance.

I had the same thing yesterday was hoping for some good movement after the rain. And nada, snuck close to where the buck I'm after has been bedding. But nothing! So back out for a few days. This morning only one lone doe in another spot.

Young bucks nose to the ground, couple fawns wandering aimlessly, it's starting!

New guy. Could use another year but would be tempting.

Funny thing is they aren’t hunters. Probably don’t know what a trail cam is.
They’re going to learn.
You would think the visit to their house would have been enough.
English appears to be a second language to them, hopefully a visit from my friend delivers the message.

Just put two posted signs ten yards into our field just north of their driveway.
If they’re gone when the sheriff gets there just more proof of trespassing and theft.

I’d give him a year of aging in my freezer!

Drove by this morning and the posted signs have been removed.

That's crazy...hope your friend can set them straight!
