Looking for a winter home

I live on my boat May - Oct and am looking for a place Nov - Apr. North end of Cayuga or Seneca or in the Sodus Point area (30 miles surrounding Geneva) Two bedrooms preferably, that includes all utilities. I'm not looking for something expensive. I'm retired and on a budget. I will be doing this for the next three years. It could be a steady income for someone with a cottage during the winter months. It will be my wife and I possibly my children for a visit. We are responsible adults with excellent credit. Please contact me if this interest you or know of someone who would be interested.
