Excited to be returning to Rochester, NY to do a two Salmon School. Day 1, Jan. 28 is Salmon Foundations & Day 2 is our Advanced Tactics & Seasonal Strategies School. Day 1 will teach you to fish smarter with a focus on boat set up, tackle and lure selection, how to effectively deploy all the various trolling devices needed (copper, leadcore, weighted steel, divers, torpedoes, downriggers, ect) small boat spreads and the ABC's of spring fishing. Day 2 is an indepth school with a heavy focus on kings, but will also look at steelhead, coho and browns. We examine currents and how they impact water stratification, fish migration and our boats and lures, how to locate fish spring, summer & fall and the techniques and lure spreads used to catch fish under all weather conditions, how to leverage your electronics and Fish Hawk to dial into the bite, locating productive structure, and more. Dan will be joined by a local guest Captain. Cost is $99 per day or attend both days for $180 and includes lunch, beverages and raffle. We will also do a dinner for those want to hang around on Saturday evening. Good to see you coming back Dan. I like that you teach about all species and don't just concentrate on Kings. It seems like the seminars here focus on just King Salmon.
