X force blade cross bow for sale. I’ve had it for 3 years. Used a few times the 1st year. Haven’t used it since. 1st $150 takes it.

A crossbow is considered a firearm in nys and as such it is illegal to offer it for sale on a website such as this one

I would suggest reaching out to a moderator for the question on this. Several crossbows have been posted on here and if I’m not mistaken crossbows are considered a muzzleloader in NYS which is not considered a firearm.

Correct they are considered a muzzleloader. No background check or registration required.

If this was an issue, the moderators of this site would have taken this post down quickly.  Rob, Chad, and Hank do a great job keeping the stuff that doesn't belong on this site off of it.  Besides, a crossbow is not a weapon that has to be registered in NYS.  Transfer of ownership doesn't need to be documented.  Firearm (guns sales are banned on sites because of liability and the legalities of transferring ownership.  There shouldn't be an issue with the sale of this crossbow here.
