Air rifle sale. Advice ??

 I have a RWS model 34 ,  made in Germany, air rifle.  My question, " Can I legally sell this on Craigs list etc."  Retired, and can no longer comfortably operate, cocking action. Nice rifle, mint condition. Thank you for your input.

I'm not sure about the Craig's List Policy is but last I knew air rifles are not considered firearms in NYS.

I believe they are considered firearms in NY. Could be a recent change.

Check the penal code.
