Can't access my pm's

Probably posted in the wrong spot but can't access my pm's and notifications. This happen to anyone else? What's the remedy? Any help appreciated.

At times, I can't from my phone unless I change it to desktop.

Had this issue a while back.  Seems there is a new version of the app I needed to install.  Been good since.
