Jigging Lake Erie Lakers

We've trolled for them out of North East the last couple years but I'd love to jig for them.  I found some tube jigs out of canada that had a colorado blade attached to the rear stinger but now can't find them for the life of me.  I figured they would work pretty good.  Anybody know what I'm talking about or any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah.  I kinda had those in mind.  Figured I'd add some 5" tubes in white and chartreuse and some 3/4 oz. blade baits.
