Are the Traxstech bases for scotty Riggers?

I had some cannons on them. I don't think they would work with scotty bc I ended up getting some scotty swivel bases from rodtrees.com. Anyone correct me if they would work with scotty.

I have them and had cannons and switched to scottys.  No mounting issues.
