Painting a hull that has never been painted before and looking for recommendations on what to use. Thanks.

First, you will need a vapor barrier paint. I used an Interlux product (cant remember which one).  After that, VC-17 or Pettit are two great choices.

Thank you, I used petit on my old boat but have read about vc-17 and it has me curious. It appears to have a slick surface and is a much thinner product. Have you personally used vc-17?
