I ve caught hundreds of walleye out of skaneatles and its gonna get better. Last fall there were little eyes everywhere i looked on the south end a couple times and im talking a thousand of em and the northend is filled with them as well. They can be tough to find but if you find the fish its lights out. The 2 pics we caught over 50 fish each night and kept less than half. There are some 30 inch fish in there as well.

Ive had the same thing happen 4 times on otisco with big tigers on walleye, and several other times with bass, catfish, and white perch. Most recently a 20 inch largemouth.

You dont mark many when they are in the top 5 foot of the column either....or 10 for that matter. Yep they where there for a month....

Livescope has totally changed my outlook on the lake. There are so many walleye in there compared to what I thought pre livescope...it's just unbelievable! Its definitely not the numbers that are making it difficult....just takes much more skill and patience. Nice job Jeff! Not too many boats can catch em and you do more often than not. You can jig 10 ways, jerkbait em, and troll em all in daylight, and after dark there are lots more options....its just more challenge than most can handle. Bleed those fish and trim em well and they taste as good as any eyes and without the heavy metals from everywhere else!

Like new in the box mega live $1000 plus shipping prefer to meet I purchased the unit in mid October and only used it 5 times. I was too busy to really dial in the settings and become proficient with the unit. I've since picked up the new Garmin livescope and a 12 inch graph for it so I'm selling the mega live. The unit works fine.
